Are you okay? Is there a doctor in the house? Or a sommelier?' Now, it looks like Rudy fell down, but he might have been just looking for a place to crash for a while because, you see, Rudy’s in a bit of a financial pinch. He owes $148 million from a defamation lawsuit, so he declared bankruptcy to protect his assets. But on Friday, the judge dismissed his bankruptcy case, which allows creditors to try to seize his assets. Which won’t be hard to do, because most of Rudy’s assets are liquid: Merlot, Cabernet, Listerine on a rough day.”
