The number of voters who say President Biden has the cognitive ability to serve, has dropped from 35 percent earlier this month to 27 percent after the debate. That’s the lowest number since CBS began asking voters that question last September. Nearly three quarters of all registered voters now say he shouldn’t be running and nearly half of Democrats say he shouldn’t remain the nominee.”
