‘Look at his face’

EXCERPT:

O’KEEFE: “Hi, is your name Michael Giordano?”
GIORDANO: “Maybe.”
O’KEEFE: “Do you work for Disney?”
GIORDANO: “I'm not going to --”
O’KEEFE: “Is this you right here?”
GIORDANO: “I'm not.”
O’KEEFE: “So -- so you are the vice president of the Walt Disney Company. And you're on tape saying that you don't hire white males. Quote, 'No way we're hiring a white male.'“
GIORDANO: “There's no way we're hiring a white male for his role --”
O’KEEFE: “Sir, are you the vice president of Disney? Do you know about Title VII of the Civil Rights Act? About discriminating against people based upon religion and race, sir? Quote, 'I'm not looking to bring on any more clients who are white, you know.”
GIORDANO: “You're hear it all the time. Like, you know, I'm looking to hire writers and actors who bring diversity. I'm not looking to bring on any more clients who are white.”
O’KEEFE: “'Disney is concerned I'm a white male. I have friends in HR.' Mike, who are your friends in HR?”
GIORDANO: “As far as Disney is concerned, I'm a white male. And that's not what -- who they're looking to promote at the moment. I have friends in HR and I have friends in those divisions.”
O’KEEFE: “Do you think that being quiet is going to help you?”
GIORDANO: “You don't have authority to put me on tape. Bye.”
