POLANTZ: "The defense team in the trial context wouldn‘t agreed anything, you can do something where you stipulate where you agree the prosecutors and defense agree to a set of facts show that to the jury, so you don‘t have to have witnesses like this take the stand and testify. They wouldn‘t do that. So you‘re hearing these people maybe that‘s because they‘re boring. Maybe that‘s because it‘s something that the defense team wants to try and pick out in their closing arguments, but also they are not stipulating to anything in this case."
