LAKE: "Well, I. I think it’s up to the people of Arizona to decide and this was the law you have to remember for a couple of years, and Democrats and Republicans approved this law in the legislature. They’re basically are bringing back the law. That was the law of Arizona for a number of years. There’s going to be a ballot initiative on the ballot, and the people of Arizona will decide. I agree with President Trump and many others that this should be decided at the state level. That’s what we fought for. We fought to get the states to be able to decide this, but I can tell you what I will you at the federal level. I wanna make sure that we are pushing policies that help women so that they know that if they want to become mothers, we can help them. We want to make sure that when people do walk into an abortion clinic that they know there are other options out there, there’s help. If they’re financially struggling. There’s help if they want to find an adoptive, parent or family that will take on their baby if they can’t take care of their baby, and so I want to be the most pro woman, pro mother, pro baby and pro family senator in the United States.”
