So, if you like your suburbs, safe, and uncongested and you like your gas powered suv, then you better vote for Trump in November because they are coming for both. Of course, we can’t discount that politics are coming into play here either. Biden chose to unveil his housing policy blueprint in Nevada this week where the polls are beginning to look very grim for Democrats. I guess we’re going to see if folks in Reno and the vegas suburbs are really clamoring for multi story apartment buildings in their neighborhoods. I don’t think so. Now, of course, Biden tried to make it sound all like kind of like a norman rockwell painting.”
