O'REILLY: "Well, you'll see — we'll see in court what is presented, and if you are correct, then we’ll have another debate. But I will take a $10,000 bet right now with you, Rosie, to your favorite charity or mine, the Donald Trump will not be convicted of insurrection because he's not charged with it — "

CUOMO: "Oh, man, that is so cheap, Bill. That is so cheap. You cheapo. You cheapo! He wasn't charged with it? Make a $10,000 bet that he won’t be found guilty of anything in the case."

O'DONNELL: "I'll make that bet. $10,000 if he's found guilty."

CUOMO: "No, he wasn't charged with insurrection."

O'REILLY: "All right, you got it."

O'DONNELL: "Not of that. Not of that. Of other charges."

CUOMO: "Sneaky."
