DOWD: “I think most important is — is the impact on his brand. And his brand has been built in two ways, successful businessman and winner. And all of these lawsuits and all of these judgments basically hurt both of them. One, he keep — continues to lose in case after case after case so he begins to get branded a loser, which is not good in people that want to support him. But two, it sort of undermines this whole thing. And all of us on this panel may have argued with his description of himself as a successful businessman, but many people in America believed it. These judgments begin to undermine those things in him. So he begins to be looked at as a loser and somebody that was not or is not a successful businessman.”
