Christie: Lindsey Graham Made the Wrong Choice
KOOIMAN: “And you dazzled the crowd when he did that last night. Also drew a lot of applause when you talked about kicking Barack Obama’s rear out of the White House. And in certain terms anyway — also lit up social media. That was a winning moment for you. Are we going to see more tough talking Christie on the campaign trail?”
CHRISTIE: “Well I don’t know if you’re ever going to stop seeing it, Anna. You know, this is who I am. And the way I’ve always been from the time I’ve got in to public life. And I’m going to say things directly, and bluntly to people. And I’m going to continue to do that ask Kilmeade I do it all the time.”
KILMEADE: “You yell at me all the time. Governor a short time ago on our show Lindsey Graham came out for Jeb Bush. Your reaction?”
CHRISTIE: “Well, listen, you know, Lindsey has the opportunity to choose whoever he wants to choose for president. I have great respect for Lindsey — always have and always will. Even though he made the wrong choice this morning.”
DOOCY: “And real quickly, question for you. For the head line writers who are saying it’s now a three-man race, Trump, and Cruz and Rubio, what’s your message to them?”
CHRISTIE: “Listen, it’s four. And I understand that. And more people are saying it’s a four person race than a three person race, Brian — or Steve, rather.”
DOOCY: “All right. Good enough. Chris Christie joining us today from Charleston, South Carolina. Governor, thank you very much.”
