SANCHEZ: “President Biden is employing a familiar tactic, though one that’s relatively new for him. He’s hoping to throw off Donald Trump right off his campaign message by taking jabs at his likely Republican opponent. Recently, Biden has been mocking Trump, calling him things like loser and emphasizing the former in former president. A person close to Trump actually says that he’s rattled by Biden’s efforts to get under his skin. Aides to the President’s reelection campaign, though, tell CNN that the taunting will keep up as they shift into general election mode, even if it sparks criticism that Biden is taking a page straight from Trump’s playbook.”
