So the reality is, in the last year, voters' — Americans' real incomes are up more than 3 percent. But it's also — the perception, which is also true and is what is going to affect President Biden's chances of re-election, is that voters are not feeling that yet. 53 percent of them say that President Biden's policies have hurt them personally. 44 percent -- that's double the number of 2019 — say that they're struggling to keep up financially.
