ABC News: Britney Spears Says She Was Slapped by Victor Wembanyama’s Security

PILGRIM: “Spears filing a police report claiming she was slapped across the face by one of the security guards so hard it nearly knocked her down and knocked her glasses off. Police are working to get a statement from Spears and the district attorney is reviewing the matter. Spears saying in a statement on social media: ‘I am aware of the player’s statement where he mentions I grabbed him from behind, but I simply tapped him on the shoulder,’ going on to say ‘I get swarmed by people all the time. In fact, that night I was swarmed by a group of at least 20 fans. My security team didn’t hit any of them.’ So far no arrests or citations have been issued. Law enforcement telling ABC News police are reviewing surveillance video of the incident where Wembanyama’s security reacts. And law enforcement was telling us police are looking at that security video. If or when that video would be released we still don’t know, but a lot of people want to see the video.”
