Harold Ford Jr. Calls out Trump For ‘Inflammatory Comments that Speaks to Violence’

‘I think some of the language the president is using, I think calling the special counsel names which I don’t want to repeat’

EXCERPT:

FORD JR.: “I think Mollie’s points are points that should be taken seriously about the larger context, but I’m one that was brought up in a household that said that two things, or even three or more things can be correct. One should not offer as a defense, ‘My best friend did it,’ or ‘The guy who does not like me did it,’ or ‘My teacher did it.’ I think in this particular instance here with the president — and I think some of the language the president is using, calling the special counsel names which I do not want to repeat, I’ve even seen on our own network this morning reports of former Republican candidates for high office, for governor and Senate, and even current officeholders making really inflammatory comments that speak to violence.”
