REGAN: “Now there's no question that we have a lot more work to do. But so much of what we have achieved. So what -- so much of what President Biden has achieved already, is because of you, because of the younger generation, because of your generation's of work to ensure that climate change is the topic of conversation on the world stage. And it's important that you never forget how vital your role is in creating and demanding a cleaner, healthier, and more just world. And for that reason, I'm proud to announce that I am proposing the establishment of a brand new federal advisory committee, the National Environmental Youth Advisory Council.” (Applause)
