Anderson Cooper managed to bring a little “magic” to his first AC360 Later broadcast of 2014, with a little help from Stephanie Elam, who was still stuck reporting from outside in freezing cold Minneapolis Monday night at 10pm ET. Elam showed off something that can only happen when it’s exceptionally cold outside by throwing hot water up in the air and turning it into snow.
