GALLAGHER: "And for the job of the vice president, even VP's supporters point out the Constitution outlines only two roles for vice presidents: take over if the president is unable and preside over the Senate. Job A has been so far unnecessary, and in job B she’s been the Senate tiebreaker 26 times. Beyond that, her resume is paper thin. She’s the border czar, but as we learned yesterday, the border is unsecure, uncontrolled and desperately needs a wall.
