GORE: “This is the moisture that it contains. And the reason it contains that much moisture is that we're trapping as much extra heat with the greenhouse gases as would be released by 600,000 Hiroshima class atomic bombs exploding every 24 hours on the Earth. And 93 percent of it goes into the ocean. And it's boiling the oceans, that's a metaphorical phrase, but it's not far off, and the water vapor is increasing quite dramatically. And so these atmospheric rivers are much larger now. And you get these rain bombs.”
