‘Coconut water is my cure-all’

MORRIS: "All right. So let's get into -- first of all, if you are hungover, thank you for waking up and watching us this morning. What's the one thing right off the top that you really need to kill that hangover?"
WIZNITZER: "You need hydration right away. Get the water in your system, but better than that, get electrolytes in your system. So coconut water is my cure-all. It has less sugar, natural electrolytes in it. Gatorade, Pedialyte is even really great. Yes, it's for kids. But it's actually for adults as well if you're hungover."
KOOIMAN: "OK, and I think what Clayton was getting at, thanks for waking up with us, but you may want to go back to sleep at some point today and catch up on some Z's.”
WIZNITZER: "Yeah, you should go back to bed. I mean, most of you don't have work right now, I'm glad you're all tuning in this morning, but go catch some sleep."
MORRIS: "And what about in the morning, because in the morning you wake up, you want a bacon, egg, and cheese, you want something fried, something really nasty to soak up all the booze. What do you recommend?"
WIZNITZER: "You know, I've been there as well, and I definitely would crave it, but get something better in your system. you've shocked your system because you are hungover.
WATTERS: "So get some bread in your system?"
WIZNITZER: "Get some bread. Do very neutral bland foods as if you're sick. So you want to keep it very neutral, just crackers -- "
