Fox News’ Bill Hemmer Says Category 4 Hurricane Ian Reminds Him of Katrina
EXCERPT:
HEMMER: “What strikes me about this, maybe 20 hurricanes, maybe over, under, throughout the past 20 years, I’d say Martha, that I’ve experienced personally, what strikes me about this is just the sheer size of it. You and I were on the radio earlier this afternoon. If you look at that NOAA satellite image from above where you see that swirl of clouds, you see the lightning pop up, it reminds me a lot of the perfect form that Katrina had in August of 2005. It’s that big of a storm. Just for relativity’s sake here, you were talking to Nate Foy. He’s up in Orlando, which is several hundred miles to the northeast of here. I was on a Zoom chat with someone in Lakeland, Florida, about an hour ago, which is right around the Orlando area. And trees were just swaying all over the place there.”
