Psaki: ‘Big Money’ Dems Are Spending in Local and State Races

PSAKI: "It's true. What I will say, that's the good news for the long term, is that where they're spending money is on state and local races, something that Democrats and big-money Democrats have not done for a long time. The disadvantage, though, on Super PACs Republicans have — even though they throw a lot more money there — is that the ad costs are higher and there's only limited ad space available. And by law, campaigns get preference over super PACs for ad time."
