NYPD: We Arrested Frank James Without Incident After Receiving a Tip That He Was Seen at a McDonald’s

Officers respond to the McDonald's, he’s not in the McDonald's. They start driving around the neighborhood looking for him. They see him on the corner of St. Mark's and First and they take him into custody. He — no incident and take him into custody."
