REPORTER: “Trains ‎running again after workers ‎spent most of the last two days ‎clearing the tracks where a ‎Union Pacific train derailed ‎Saturday. Most of what they ‎picked up was not stuff from the ‎derailed containers, but ‎material left over from cargo ‎thefts that have exploded ‎recently. It's not unusual to ‎see people going through stolen ‎packages that clutter the tracks ‎along a good mile of the Lincoln ‎Heights Quarter.
