CARLSON: "Mike Rowe is a well-educated white-collar kind of guy. He spent most of his life, however, with blue-collar people, the ones who actually keep the country running, and unlike most people in the media, he treats them with respect, he's really interested in what they do, he thinks it’s meaningful. Well, he is hated for that. 'The New Republic' just published a piece accusing Rowe of 'sneaky conservatism', hard to even say the word. Mike Rowe is the host of 'How America Works' on Fox Business, the founder of mikeroweWORKS Foundation, he's also the host, of course, of 'Dirty Jobs', that show is coming back to Discovery on January 2nd, they never should have taken it off. CARLSON: "(Laughs) We are opposites that way. I just say exactly what I think, you don’t seem very political to me. Why do they see your position in favor of the dignity of hard work and blue-collar work as conservative?"
