KURTZ: "Now I’m not challenging the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that Cosby never should have been charged because the previous prosecutor had essentially granted him immunity. That's the way the court system works. But in the court of public opinion, you know, I know, everyone knows that Bill Cosby is guilty many times over. And for his lawyer to say that charges were racial, that this is justice for black America, is despicable."
