Dana Loesch on Transgender Bathroom Debate: ‘Society Only Tells One of These Two Parties To Shut Up’

‘Women and girls, society tells them to shut up, smears them as bigots’

EXCERPT:

LOESCH: “A man who identifies as a woman going into the female bathroom, a lot of women, most women feel very uncomfortable with that. They are uncomfortable. They are worried about their safety. But society only tells one of these two parties to shut up. Society tells the women — years and years and years of 'feminism' has brought us to the point where society will tell women who are concerned about their comfort, women who are concerned about their personal security, women and girls, society tells them to shut up, smears them as bigots for having the audacity to be worried about their safety. They are accommodated — or not accommodated. The man is accommodated, the women are not. That is the point. That is sexism. That is the patriarchy. Women, and our comfort and our security, we have every right to be comfortable and feel secure when we are using a restroom, a public restroom. We have every right as women to feel comfortable and secure, to change in a locker room. And what amazes me is that these same people who were telling women to shut up and deal with it are also the same damn people that tell us we as women are too stupid to carry guns. In no way do they want us to be able to defend ourselves.”
