Fleischer: Conservatives Should Start ‘Organizing Boycotts’ Like the Left
EXCERPT:
FLEISCHER: "You know, I’ve never been a fan of boycotts. I’ve never been a fan of that type of action. The left is very good at it, but I’ve got to say I’m coming around. Because if you only allow one team to make its case, to put baseball commissioners, corporate leaders under pressure, you're going to only have one result and that's caving to the left, where the pressure comes from. Conservatives are going to have to get smart in doing things that we actually don’t like to do, and that's organizing similar boycotts. And hopefully, we'll get the equilibrium and maybe everybody will stop this as a trend. I’ve always argued, particularly when it comes to sports, if that's where we are off of DeSantis, that politics and sports should not mix. Sports should bring people together. You should leave your politics at the door and then enter the stadium. And I would like to get back to that. I was consistent, I said that about President Trump, I've said it about Joe Biden too."
