STUDENT 1: "Every new week I hope for things to go back to normal, and every week that it didn't, I started to lose hope. We have missed countless days of school, so many school events, rallies, games and dances. I understand the risk of getting sick and I've seen the effects of this illness for some. Why is it that other schools, private schools down the street, are open? How come we are told our schools are ready to have us back, but we aren't?"
