BOWSER: “Well, I think that we have to have accountability for this incident, and I think it starts with the president of the United States, Brian. The president incited this riot. He’s been doing it for weeks and he incited the violence and quite frankly, there are members of the Congress who have been playing this game for six weeks who have some culpability here, too. I think there are going to be a lot of questions certainly for the protection of the capitol and we will participate with our federal partners in those discussions, as well.”
