Inside Edition Interviews David Whelan on His Encounter with Chris Cuomo While Biking

EXCERPT:

FABIAN: "The cyclist says it all started when he was out for a bike ride and noticed several people at this property that Chris Cuomo owns in the ritzy Hamptons. The cyclist says he stopped his bike about a hundred feet away and that's when he recognized the CNN anchor."
WHELAN: "I said, 'You're supposed to be quarantining. What are you doing out? What are you doing with all these people?' You're not — I said, 'You're not even practicing social distancing.'"
FABIAN (voice-over): "Whelan says Cuomo confronted him."
WHELAN: "He at that point began to come closer, 'Who the hell are you? What do you know about this? What do you know about the rules?'"
