Selfie lovers, rejoice — the White House is lifting a photo ban on public tours that’s been in place for more than four decades.
The move, announced Wednesday morning and effective immediately, will allow visitors to snap photos as they make their way through 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
“Guests are now welcome to take photos throughout the White House tour route and keep those memories for a lifetime,” a statement said.
