ASHER:"Twenty-nine-year-old Diana Wang says she's had trouble finding a full-time job after filing a lawsuit against Hearst Publishing, the parent company of Harper's Bazaar, over an unpaid internship at the magazine last year. Wang felt she should have been paid given the workload. But now she says whenever potential employers Google her, one of the first things they see is that lawsuit."
WANG: "I must have seemed like a volatile, lawsuit-happy kind of person, and, you know, without knowing me, or without trying to get to know me, I can see why they would write me off."
