Ken Starr: The Governor of Pa. Flagrantly Violated the Constitution

STARR: “The state governor and the state supreme court flagrantly violated the constitution of the United States. The power to set these rules and regulations is vested in the legislatures. They just ignored that. Ignoring the constitution. Now we bring it down to the actual counting level. The counting houses. Outrageously, observers who are essentially the sentinels of integrity and obviously transparency were excluded. The trump administration, the Trump campaign, had to go into court in philadelphia to get that basic right that the law allows. So at both the state-wide level and the local level, Pennsylvania has just conducted itself in a horrible lawless way. Hopefully this will be corrected at the supreme court of the United States. Stuart: what would be the correction? Go back and look at all the votes in Pennsylvania, all of them, that have been counted and figure out which were legit and which were not, throw out the illegit votes and go from there? Is that what might happen?”
