Ari Fleischer: Biden’s Handlers Know They Have a Problem Letting the Nominee Speak Extemporaneously

His handlers after seeing him take a question and saying, 'you ain’t black,' and then having him ask a black questioner 'are you a junkie?', followed by him saying to a black audience 'you're not diverse the way Hispanic audiences are,' they know they have a problem letting Joe Biden speak extemporaneously. So they have to severely limit it because they don’t know what he’s going to do or say next. That is going to be the pattern between now and November. And Melissa, I hate to say it, but I suspect Joe Biden will get away with it because the mainstream media is not pounding on him for it. I've been around when the press created feeding frenzies and forced me, others I worked for, to back down. No such case here. The press is yielding to what Joe Biden is doing."
