CATSIMATIDIS: "Somebody has to save New York. New York is a mess. It’s going downhill at too fast a pace. I told the real estate industry yesterday that a trillion dollars’ worth of value has gone south. And when you are planning on raising taxes at the same time nobody is paying rent, and values are going down, then you are looking at a crash."
KILMEADE: "So that means yes?"
