Matt Whitaker: ‘There’s No Pandemic Exception to the First Amendment or Our Constitutional Rights’
‘I think religious services and practices are discriminated against’
EXCERPT:
WHITAKER: "There is no pandemic exception to the First Amendment or our constitutional rights. What I would say in this is, if people of faith can go to supermarkets or get their haircut or get a tattoo, they can also worship practicing the same types of things that they would do in their secular life. In my new book, 'Above the Law,' I talk about how the federal government’s primary job is to protect the citizens' religious liberties and fundamental constitutional rights."
