‘They allowed the destruction of evidence to take place, Sean’

RUSH EXCERPT
SEKULOW:  "Justice is happening, and you started to see that because the attorney general and the U.S. Attorney John Durham and are following the and following the facts in determining what is evidence that can be utilized if there was in fact legal violations and violation of laws that have been here. And you take a step further, who is responsible? We talked about yesterday, Sean, the abuse that took place within the FBI, the office of special counsel, Bob Mueller’s office is unprecedented in U.S. History. We’ve never seen anything like it. In fact, you talked about evidence being wiped out or wiped out emails. How about the investigator and the lawyer, both within the office of special counsel working for Bob Mueller. Yep, allowed senior officials with the FBI, allowed their phones to be wiped clean in other words, destruction of evidence under the watch of the special counsel. Now, if you did that, if I did that, if anyone else did that, it would be a violation of federal law and it would be a crime. What happens here? Well, they just say, Bob Mueller saves he’s not aware it happens which points to the problem of why the whole special counsel nonsense was exactly that nonsense. They allowed the destruction of evidence to take place, Sean. If know what you are seeing is a real U.S. Attorney and attorney of the United States doing what they do. Equal justice under the law, those that violate the law, where there is evidence sufficient to prove it in court and they will be prosecuted and that’s what the attorney general, and U.S. Attorneys do and we will see that now and the reports about increased activity and look, there’s an ongoing activity and a lot of what happens by the Justice Department or during the investigation is not necessarily seen by the public. That’s always the way it is."
