WEAVER: "Look, Andrea, we’re at a very volatile time in American history in terms we were just talking about this off the air, we have a global health crisis looming, we have a potential economic crisis that could come out of that, and there needs to be a voice in this race who will speak strongly about how we protect working families in this country. You know, what happens when people in the hospitality industry, the restaurant industry, retail, can’t pay their mortgages or car payments or their kids' college tuition, you know, even with all the colleges doing online courses. Who will be the voice that will stand there and try to protect those people? You know, Bernie Sanders has a long record, as you know, he helped get major wage increases for folks at Amazon and Disney without ever passing a piece of legislation. So Bernie Sanders is in this fight, as he has always been, for working class people. That’s what he will continue to do."
