DINGELL: "He’ll win my district, I will tell you that. I feel that strongly. I don’t believe any of the polling — he was actually 25 points up four years ago and you could feel the ground moving. But some of the points that you were just talking about of electability, you know, can he win, Vice President Biden was in this state in the last 24 hours going into Detroit, you know, making sure that that vote was going to turn out. I think it is going to be more difficult for the senator in some other parts of the state. So I think this year it is Joe Biden’s to lose. I think he will likely do better than Senator Clinton did four years ago."
