FILIPOVIC: “There should be a federal revenge porn law, that's something that every legislator should be pushing for. Congress should be looking at, for example, Red State, which published these photos from an anonymous source, we’re all kind of assuming that was Katie Hill's ex-husband, it seems like it probably was. We don't know for sure. Whoever it was, Red State gave him the cover of anonymity. That is wildly irresponsible and it probably should be illegal.”
