Ash Carter on Biden Groping His Wife at Swearing-in Ceremony: ‘I Had to Laugh’

CARTER: “Yes, I certainly have. I never think about whether he’s going to like what I say. I only think about whether what I am saying to him makes sense.”
GUTHRIE: “I have to ask you about swearing-in ceremony. Did you laugh or cringe when you saw a video of Vice-President Biden?”
CARTER: “Oh, I laughed. They know each other extremely well. We are great friends of the Bidens.”
