GILLUM: "Well, actually I got a lot of theories on the way but -- but very, very concerning that our own government appears not to be taking this very very seriously from the top of the government and throughout that administration. And the worst part about it is I have no -- I have no expectation that this administration under this current leadership is actually going to take affirmative steps here, largely because this president ties his legitimacy of his presidency to the fact that he has to quell any legitimate information that was suggested that the Russians had an impact on the outcome of the election. So the fact that he feels very, very, very, tied to rejecting and -- himself, you know trying to claim these things to be false all because he doesn't want to be considered an illegitimate. He is, in my oppinion an illegitimate, but whatever."
