CBS: White House Knew of ObamaCare Web Crash Before Launch Day
GARRETT: "Who decided to go ahead with the launch when the site crashed with fewer than 200 people on it? And was the President notified that that crash occurred so shortly before the October 1st launch?"
SEAMUS: "There was rigorous testing, but Major, look -- there wasn't enough testing ... "
GARRETT: "It crashed. And there had to be a decision to say 'go ahead once that site ... '"
SEAMUS: "It's clear now that there wasn't enough testing. And the bottom line is that the President of the United States, last week, went out in front of the American people, and said, 'here's what we're going to do to fix it.' And the good news is even when it's up and running, we're still going to have until March 31st to make sure that people are covered."
GARRETT: "Did the president know?"
SEAMUS: "We received updates and terms of the progress, and it was all systems go on October 1st."
