DERSHOWITZ: “I don’t think he will be impeached and if he were to be impeached, the Constitution specifies trees and bribery is our crimes and Mueller found no sufficient evidence of any crimes. I don’t think Congress has the power to redefine any crimes. I don’t think he is in any danger. Of impeachment, and by a thousand cuts, subpoenas of court cases, further investigations and perhaps investigations of his finances before he became president but I think essentially, impeachment is off the table. They will make the same mistake Republicans made when they impeached Clinton.”
