KOBACH: "Well if -- if there is a vacancy and the president asks me to serve the country I would certainly considered it and be honored to do so. But right now the key we have to be all focused on this, Congress, president, state and local authorities who can help, have the opportunity to do so, because the crisis is right here, right now."
