I read the Rosenstein story in 'The New York Times' and he talks about Trump being stable. And then McCabe said that Rosenstein was emotional, regretful, wishing he could call James Comey to get some advice and bounce ideas off of him. I mean, I have to say, if Rod Rosenstein thought the president was unstable, I’m not sure he took a good look at himself and what he was doing."
