Protesters slow traffic on I-95 near Emerson (Fox30 Jacksonville)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A group of protesters were spottted on Interstate 95 North Monday morning.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the protest was taking place between the Emerson Street and University Boulevard exits.
The protest is for the deaths of Eric Garner and Mike Brown. JSO has the protesters on the side of the highway.
