BOOKER: "There is a belief that some people are trying to put out there that we should be discouraged. But I am not discouraged. There are people that are trying to shut us down. But I will not be silenced. There are people that want us to give up, but I will never stop fighting for our rights. We have a mountain to climb, we have challenges ahead, but we cannot grow weary now. President Trump has told us what he wants to do. He wants to roll back individual rights. He wants to roll back women's rights. He wants to roll back workers' rights. He wants to roll back civil rights. But I want to tell you right now, we will not go backwards. We will not surrender. We will not move. We will go forward. So tonight, I want to join with everybody now. This fight is not over. This date is not done. We stand strong. We stand together. We stand convicted. Let us fight forward."
