COLLINS: "Sometimes in this town we have the folks like the Maxine Waters of the world who want to incite riots and violence and things against people they disagree with. This just shows there’s still some civility in a town that should be based on civility. And for him to go to the President and talk to him about this, I think that just shows the best of America and that’s what we always need to focus on, is the best of who we are, our better angels and not those that divide us."
