    RUSH TRANSCRIPT:

MacDONALD: "The panel is back to react. What do you think of this one Deneen?"
BORELLI: "Well what do you know this new novel or what listen where I come from corporate America if you didn't do your job and you didn't perform and there weren't results you were out the door, so what the president is doing is reigning in government gone wild and he said he was going to clean-up Washington and that's what he's doing making it easier to fire people who were not being productive, why would a productive person want to be productive if they see Joe schmo E not being productive so I think it's great."
MacDONALD: "Thousands of federal workers don't do the job that taxpayers sent them to do in Washington, Eric, they get paid to do full-time work on union duties like collective bargain ING. 175 million bucks there spent by taxpayers on those workers, and the president wants to look at those union federal union contracts and what those contracts entail. What do you make of this part of the story?
SCHIFFER: "I love it. I love it because what you have are federal employees that essentially are able to work on union duties pretty much the majority of their workday, and that's been okay. That's been allowed. Why we the taxpayers are allowing them to benefit some organization that really is there to protect them, so what Donald Trump is doing is he's bringing accountability. I have many different companies, Liz, and you've got to be accountable to stay there and to work there and to perform. He's bringing accountability to whether it's in this situation with the unions or to ensure that you can fire people. That's what's going to make our government work effectively and actually take out the costs where taxpayers are not going to have to spend money and have it go up in flames and they're hard working dollars and I love it. I really think it's great."
