CONAN: "They’re like, let’s celebrate, let’s build an off-ramp! For god’s sake. Forget it. I hate that camera. This is crazy, speaking of eagles fans. During Super Bowl celebrations, an eagles fan go the so carried away, he ate horse poop right off the street. In his defense, the man thought it was dog poop."
